Juan Romano believes that home is the nicest word there is. That’s why, when he immigrated to the United States, he began as a laborer in several construction companies. Having already received his Mechanical Engineering degree in Peru, he quickly worked his way up the ladder and became a supervisor, then project manager in companies that specialized in building luxury homes. After about a decade of working in the construction industry, Juan’s dedication and passion led him to take the leap and start his own company. He and his wife, Belkis Sosa, run J Romano together and strive to make every client feel like they can trust them with their project.

Belkis Sosa worked in the banking industry for 17 years before joining J Romano Group. Having already earned her degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University, her transition into her office manager role was a smooth one. Her secret for success is simple: attentiveness, professionalism and a warm smile are all she needs, because she feels that having a personal relationship with all parties involved is key for a memorable experience and incredible results.
